Moore Digital Client Gallery – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of client galleries provided by Moore Digital (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Brian and Robin Moore, located in Kasilof, Alaska. By accessing or using a client gallery, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the gallery.

1.  Access & Purpose
Client galleries are private, password-protected spaces created solely for viewing, selecting, and ordering photographs from your session. Access is granted only to you and authorized individuals you share the password with.

2.  Usage Rights

•  You may view, download low-resolution watermarked previews for personal selection purposes.

•  High-resolution, watermarked-free images are available only after purchase or upon explicit agreement.

•  You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially use any image without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use of purchased prints.

•  All images remain the intellectual property of Moore Digital. Purchasing a print or digital file grants you a limited, non-exclusive license for personal use only (e.g., home display, social media sharing with credit to @MooreDigitalAK).

3.  Ordering & Payment

•  Prints and digital files are ordered through our integrated print store or by contacting us directly.

•  All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges except in cases of proven defect or damage upon delivery.

•  Prices include production and shipping; taxes may apply depending on your location.

•  Delivery times vary by product and shipping method (typically 7–21 business days).

4.  Privacy & Data
We respect your privacy. Gallery access is password-protected, and we do not share your images or personal information without consent. We use Google Analytics for anonymous site usage insights (no personal data collected). See our Privacy Policy for details.

5.  Conduct
You agree not to misuse the gallery, including attempting to access other clients’ galleries, sharing passwords publicly, or engaging in unauthorized reproduction.

6.  Termination
We reserve the right to revoke gallery access at any time if these Terms are violated. Galleries are typically available for 90 days after delivery; contact us for extensions.

7.  Limitation of Liability
Moore Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the gallery or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

8.  Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Kenai Peninsula Borough.

9.  Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the gallery after changes constitutes acceptance.
